Alpha always talks about value and relationships, but in this video I wanted to highlight a couple of things that showcase what we mean by that. We find that with our commercial clients, it’s often cumbersome for them to go out and get multiple bids for every project, and that trust in a contractor is the ultimate line item they are looking for. With many of our newer relationships we start small, do a few repairs, offer some documentation, put together some budget forecasts, and ultimately prove our competency as a contractor in how we can help you with your business and your bottom line beyond stopping some roof leaks. As property owners and managers, its important to keep the value of your properties moving in an upward direction, and to do it with your given financial structure. Often times, people in the service industry try to steer clients into a decision that makes the most sense for their service business, and not what makes the most sense for that client. We understand that by doing some of the dirty work, and getting to know our clients, we can not only get their work now, but for the duration of our two companies’ existence. There’s always a reason for why people do what they do in business, and our strategy is very transparent; if we help and advise you in the right direction for you and your business, then down the road we will eventually benefit financially from that relationship as well. We understand that with the competitiveness of our industry, it’s ever more important to do the right thing, and play it for the long game, and not immediate financial gain.
